Hello, One of the jobs outlined in our gallery was last year in Irving, Texas. The home is valued at about $375,000. The pier and beam foundation was about 12 years old and had settled about 2 inches and the ground around the home had lifted about 6 to 8 inches. Therefore it was necessary to lift the home and remove and replace the driveway, patio, and sidewalk. We then had to lower the yard 6 to 8 inches.
